The business held rich ERP, order and supply chain data, but answering everyday questions such as which orders are at risk, why a delivery slipped or what to do next meant pulling reports, working through spreadsheets or waiting for an analyst.
What we did
SYnC Dynamics built and ran a pilot of a retrieval-augmented (RAG) control-tower copilot on the customer’s ERP and operational data. Answers were grounded in the customer’s own records, with the sources shown alongside each response.

The outcome
Result
Pilot users reported getting answers to operational questions in conversation that previously took reports or analyst time, and an actionable view of exceptions. The pilot is complete and the approach is under review for a production rollout.
